About the role

Stellantis is offering a two‑year Corporate Leadership Development Program designed to build future leaders for the automotive and mobility business. The program combines intensive project work, formal leadership training and mentorship from senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in cross‑functional projects that provide broad exposure to company processes.
• Engage in structured leadership training sessions and executive mentoring.
• Work closely with an Audit coach and senior leaders to develop a professional network.
• Travel across Europe to support project assignments and stakeholder meetings.
• Upon completion, transition into a challenging role aligned with business needs and personal interests.

Required profile

• Completed MBA, CPA or a Master’s degree.
• 5–7 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• Residence near Turin, Italy.
• High energy, intrinsic motivation and a drive to contribute.
