About the role

Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices worldwide. As a Clinical Trainer in Digital Dentistry you will lead onboarding sessions—both virtual and on‑site—to help new practices adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows, and you will continue coaching them to ensure long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead live training and onboarding, delivering engaging sessions tailored to each practice’s learning style.
• Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning, providing hands‑on coaching during live sessions.
• Monitor early scan quality, give constructive feedback, and run First Case Monitoring to reinforce techniques.
• Identify gaps in product usage, offer targeted follow‑up, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.
• Travel up to 20% for in‑practice training and support.

Required profile

• Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies (iTero or Trios preferred).
• Excellent teaching and facilitation skills, able to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong virtual presentation abilities.
• Customer‑first mindset, empathetic and skilled at building trust remotely.
• Highly organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple trainings and follow‑ups.
