English Teacher & Academic Coordinator (Naples)

About the role

Kids&Us is looking for an energetic English Teacher who will also act as Academic Coordinator for its Naples school. You will deliver engaging lessons to children aged 1‑18 and support the school’s academic processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver classes using Kids&Us curriculum, music, games, stories and arts‑crafts.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to learners and their families.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, colleagues and mentors.
• Supervise academic processes in line with Kids&Us policies and methodology.
• Assist the school director with teaching and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude toward children’s learning.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Flexibility in work hours and availability.
• Interest in working with children and a team‑player mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Valid “Certificato Carichi Pendenti” with no prior record.
• Registered with the local employment centre (Centro per l'impiego).
