Financial Controller – Group Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to lead the group‑wide financial control function from our Milan headquarters. The role will ensure accurate reporting, robust internal controls and data‑driven insights to support LimoLane’s rapid international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for the Group.
• Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets and periodic forecasts across business units.
• Analyse financial performance, identify key variances and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, financial processes and KPIs, including integration of newly acquired subsidiaries.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects such as ERP upgrades, automation initiatives and performance improvement programmes.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in management control, FP&A or similar roles, preferably in an international or multi‑entity environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS and/or local GAAP).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI).
• Group consolidation, budgeting and financial analysis.
