Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead all finance and accounting functions for Naviris S.p.A. The role involves overseeing corporate accounting, regulatory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and the development of internal control policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all finance and accounting operations of Naviris S.p.A.
• Provide quarterly IFRS financial consolidated and stand‑alone reports.
• Prepare financial statements for Board presentations.
• Coordinate external financial audits.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain a multi‑year business plan.
• Oversee treasury activities, including cash control, tax compliance and accounting with support from parent companies.
• Supervise the Accounting Specialist.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of combined accounting and finance experience.
• Master’s degree in administration, finance or controlling.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
