Flutter Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Flutter Developer to join BairesDev’s multicultural development team. You will work remotely on a variety of projects, creating high‑quality mobile and web applications for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create cross‑platform iOS and Android apps using Flutter.
• Collaborate with developers to build, deploy, and maintain Flutter applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain product modules and subsystems.
• Conduct code and design reviews.
• Perform bug verification, release testing, and product support.
• Execute unit and integration testing to ensure quality.
• Validate that delivered features meet business requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Flutter.
• Hands‑on experience with Java and Android development.
• Experience building iOS apps using Swift or Objective‑C.
• Proficiency in writing automated test cases, performance tuning, threading, and offline storage.
• Advanced English communication skills.
