About the role
The Guest Relations Agent creates a distinctive, personalized experience for every guest staying at Hotel La Palma. Working at the front desk and across the property, you will be the main point of contact, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes and responding to guest needs with professionalism and warmth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest arrivals and departures, handling check‑ins, check‑outs and billing accurately.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of rooms, rates, amenities and hotel services to promote offerings.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, preferences and special requests, both in person and by phone.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, spa and other departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Document guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Uphold high standards of discretion, attention to detail and hospitality throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Fluent in Italian and English, with clear and pleasant communication skills.
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods in indoor and outdoor environments.
- Flexible availability for long or irregular hours.
- Strong independent work ethic combined with a collaborative mindset.
