HR Business Partner – Industrial Plant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a large industrial plant in the province of Gorizia. The role reports to the Director of Human Resources Italy and covers all HR activities within the factory, from recruitment to union relations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers on staffing, benefits, employee counseling and event organization.
• Collaborate with corporate and business units on reporting, salary reviews, performance assessments and headcount planning.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment with the Central Talent Acquisition Team.
• Negotiate with external partners such as temporary agencies, recruiters, universities and labor unions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, compensation and benefits programs, and union relations strategies.
• Ensure a qualified workforce is on site when needed and oversee performance review tools.
• Create the annual training and development plan and monitor HR‑related costs.
• Support employer branding together with the Central Employer Branding Team.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Public Administration or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management or HR Business Partner roles, preferably in an international or industrial environment.
• Solid background as an HR generalist with expertise in industrial relations.
• Fluent Italian and good command of English.
• Experience with SAP and familiarity with Workday modules is a plus.
