In Store Trainer – Luxury Retail

About the role

As the first Prada Ambassador in the store, you will nurture a culture of empathy, warmth, passion and proactivity while supporting the Store Manager to achieve business and qualitative objectives. You will design, deliver and cascade training programs that align with global, local and store priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop action plans for the store and individual Client Advisors.
• Deliver training sessions, coaching moments, daily briefings and best‑practice sharing.
• Collaborate with merchandising, CRM, events and other retail functions to organise joint training activities.
• Perform team gap analysis, create coaching plans and provide continuous feedback.
• Drive in‑store training initiatives, monitor quality and retention of content, and promote self‑learning through digital tools.
• Lead a coaching culture focused on selling skills, client experience, clienteling, styling and brand ambassadorship.
• Manage onboarding journeys for new hires, facilitating in‑store induction and partnering with HR.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in learning & development, HR management, psychology or a related field (or vocational training).
• 5+ years of experience in retail training or a retail managerial role.
• Completed trainer qualification and relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of talent management and personnel development methods.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coordination and organisational skills.
