International HR Learning Specialist (French Speaker)

About the role

Saipem is looking for an International HR Learning Specialist who is fluent in French to join its People Learning and Development team in Milan. You will support the Head of Learning & Development in designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes across a global, multi‑site organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define training budgets and forecasts in line with company authorisation cycles.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and create tailored training plans.
• Design, implement and monitor mandatory and optional training programmes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection and result analysis.
• Track training activities, report on KPIs and maintain training data in corporate systems.
• Coordinate with external providers to organise courses, workshops and learning events.
• Promote a learning culture and keep training information up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Degree in humanities, psychology or human resources management; a master’s in training or HR is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of corporate training experience, preferably in large, multi‑location organisations; international experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and French; Portuguese is an additional asset.
• Strong autonomy, active listening, negotiation and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• SAP for HR process monitoring and reporting (preferred).
• Oracle Learning Management System (mandatory).
