About the role
We are seeking an IT System Administrator to join our Service Management Team, operating from either Pisa or Milan. The role focuses on delivering support and maintenance for LIST services, ensuring operational excellence while maintaining or improving existing service levels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and delivery capabilities for LIST services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to minimise incident recovery time.
- Collaborate on releases and deployments of services.
- Monitor LIST solutions and participate in their analysis.
- Assist in the design of complex solutions, translating business requirements into physical installations.
- Handle customer inquiries as needed.
- Support IT security initiatives, including recovery programs and system analysis.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computer‑related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar system administration role.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.
- EU work permit.
Required skills
- Linux operating systems.
- Shell scripting.
- High‑level networking protocols and IT communication systems.
- Experience with SaaS service troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, change and problem management (ITIL 4 Foundation preferred).
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts; certifications are a plus.
