Junior Account Manager – Direct Sales (Italy)

About the role
Odoo is looking for a Junior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of SME clients across multiple industries in Italy. You will act as the main point of contact, supporting customers throughout their journey, understanding their evolving needs, and helping them maximise the value of Odoo’s integrated business applications.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and grow existing client contracts in the Italian market.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Odoo’s internal Business Analysts.
- Increase product adoption by showcasing new apps, features, and updates.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities aligned with client processes.
- Negotiate contract renewals, from monthly to multi‑year subscriptions.
Required profile
- Up to 1 year of experience as a Sales Account or Sales Consultant.
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1).
- Strong relational, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Project‑management capability to handle timelines, priorities and deliverables.
- Experience in stakeholder management and nurturing client relationships.

- Permanent contract with a salary range of €30,000–€36,000 per year plus uncapped commissions.
- Commission potential up to 1000 % of target.
