About the role

As a Junior Automation & Electrification Specialist you will join Bosch’s Automation & Electrification Business Unit in Cernusco sul Naviglio, Italy. The position is part of the Graduate Specialist Program and offers a fast‑track start in a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business models, define product positioning and support the sales network to meet targets.
• Analyse market competition, identify new opportunities and gather customer insights for innovative solutions.
• Own product management for the assigned business area, coordinating with headquarters and assisting the sales force.
• Plan and execute strategic marketing activities, monitor KPIs and manage the opportunity pipeline.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Flexible mindset, ready to take on new challenges.
• Strong analytical abilities, strategic vision and customer focus.
