About the role

Getronics is looking for a senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic enterprise sales across Italy. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their digital transformation goals and deliver tailored IT, cloud, cybersecurity and XaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing enterprise clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Own and develop strategic partnerships with C‑level executives and IT decision‑makers.
  • Identify, qualify and close high‑value deals, leading complex contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales, solution architects, service delivery and marketing teams to design optimal client solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to shape sales strategy.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and account planning.

Required profile

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services, managed services, cloud or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence C‑level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the Italian enterprise IT market, preferably with a network in the financial sector.
  • Hunter mindset combined with strategic account‑management skills.
