Legal & Compliance Internship

About the role

De Nora is seeking a curious and enthusiastic intern to support its Group Legal & Compliance teams. The internship lasts six months and offers hands‑on experience in legal screening, compliance program development, and contract review within a global industrial leader.

Key responsibilities

• Perform screening and due‑diligence activities on third parties such as suppliers, agents, and customers.
• Develop and implement compliance programs focused on anti‑corruption, trade compliance, and privacy.
• Organise and deliver ethics and compliance training sessions.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for senior management.
• Review various contracts, including NDAs, test agreements, lease agreements, and sales or supply agreements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law.
• Fluent English communication skills.
