About the role

De Nora is seeking a curious and enthusiastic intern to support its Group Legal & Compliance teams. The internship lasts six months and offers hands‑on experience in legal screening, compliance program development, and contract review within a global industrial leader.

Key responsibilities

Perform screening and due‑diligence activities on third parties such as suppliers, agents, and customers.
Develop and implement compliance programs focused on anti‑corruption, trade compliance, and privacy.
Organise and deliver ethics and compliance training sessions.
Prepare periodic compliance reports for senior management.
Review various contracts, including NDAs, test agreements, lease agreements, and sales or supply agreements.

Required profile

Master’s degree in Law.
Fluent English communication skills.
