M&A Mid-Market Internship – Corporate Advisory

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on exposure to UBS's Corporate Advisory Group, focusing on mid‑market M&A transactions. You will work with the UBS platform and a range of financial databases to support analysis and deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Access and utilise UBS resources such as equity research and industry teams.
• Operate financial databases and applications including Mergermarket, Aida, Bloomberg, Lince and Factiva.
• Perform financial statement analysis and reclassification.
• Conduct company valuation and business planning exercises.
• Draft teasers, information memorandums and prepare pitch materials.
• Support the origination and execution of M&A, Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Advisory mandates.
