Mid-level Project Manager – Remote Contract

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a Mid-level Project Manager to lead the design, development, and rollout of internal systems and business processes. This remote contract position requires an analytical mindset, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution delivery and process implementation.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to capture needs and validate assumptions.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear alignment at every stage.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead the implementation of new products, tools, or processes within existing workflows.
• Drive change‑management activities and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, and deliver progress reports to senior management.
• Analyze data to support decision‑making and propose improvements.
• Proactively identify efficiency gaps and recommend process enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of project‑management experience.
• Hands‑on experience in business‑process analysis, optimisation, or product‑workflow development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across both business and technical audiences.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
