Operations Controlling Support Internship

About the role

Join Acqua di Parma’s Operations & Finance team as an Operations Controlling Support Intern. You will work closely with the Operations Controller to enhance KPI reporting, manage boutique stock, and support sales order processes in a dynamic, heritage‑rich environment.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and streamline Operations KPI reporting.
• Manage boutique stock, from sales registration to inventory control.
• Track distribution costs, accurately code invoices, and monitor related KPIs.
• Support sales order management and invoicing activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, accuracy and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
