Operations Controlling Support Internship

About the role
Join Acqua di Parma’s Operations & Finance team as an Operations Controlling Support Intern. You will work closely with the Operations Controller to enhance KPI reporting, manage boutique stock, and support sales order processes in a dynamic, heritage‑rich environment.
Key responsibilities
- Improve and streamline Operations KPI reporting.
- Manage boutique stock, from sales registration to inventory control.
- Track distribution costs, accurately code invoices, and monitor related KPIs.
- Support sales order management and invoicing activities.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, accuracy and proactive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
