Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to join our Road Logistics team. In this role you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day supply chain operations, deliver high‑quality customer service, and support continuous improvement of transport processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor shipments using the Transport Management System (TMS) in line with SOPs and QHSE standards.
• Handle deviations, delays, and customer enquiries promptly, ensuring transparency and quick resolution.
• Process complaints and support invoicing activities to maintain accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and propose improvements to optimise capacity, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics activities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in road logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong operational mindset focused on execution and quality.
• Customer‑oriented, solution‑driven and able to work well under pressure.
• Effective team player with solid communication skills.
• Fluent English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
