About the role
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to join Too Good To Go’s Italian team in Bologna. The role focuses on acquiring restaurants, cafés, bars and other food retailers to fight food waste by onboarding them onto our app. You will work independently while reporting to the Area Manager and travel across Emilia‑Romagna to build relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective food‑service partners in the region.
- Conduct cold outreach via phone, email and face‑to‑face visits, spending the majority of time contacting owners.
- Visit stores up to two days a week to present the platform, train users and activate their profiles.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Growth and other internal teams to maximise partner acquisition.
Required profile
- Initial experience in sales, preferably with cold acquisition.
- Strong communication skills in Italian and good English proficiency.
- Based in Bologna or Modena and willing to travel regularly; own vehicle is a plus.
- Passion for the mission of reducing food waste.
- Positive, proactive, creative and resource‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Salesforce (knowledge is a plus).
