People Business Partner Specialist – Plant HR

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a People Business Partner Specialist to support all HR processes at its Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi plant. You will work closely with the local HR team and the Plant People Business Partner to ensure consistent, high‑quality HR services across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, and coordinating internal or international mobility.
• Support implementation of Group HR policies, help plan and monitor training initiatives, and gather development needs.
• Collaborate on HR budgeting, cost monitoring, and KPI tracking to align with financial targets.
• Provide operational support for employee relations and industrial negotiations, preparing documentation and liaising with trade union representatives.
• Ensure timely completion of administrative HR tasks and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as a Ferrero ambassador, promoting company values and fostering an inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4‑5 years of HR experience in industrial or similarly structured environments, with exposure to industrial relations and unions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact at all organizational levels.
• Fluent in Italian and English and open to international mobility.
