Plant Project Manager

About the role

Eaton’s Mobility Group is looking for a Plant Project Manager to lead projects at its Bosconero valves plant near Turin. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that span new product introductions, product changes, and manufacturing line optimizations while ensuring financial performance and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from development through launch, covering NPI, APQP, CAPEX, and line‑optimization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and keep cross‑functional teams aligned on critical paths and milestones.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance against approved business cases.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, set priorities, resolve resource constraints, and escalate risks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to meet requirements, timing, and contractual commitments.
• Ensure compliance with standard program‑management processes and provide regular status metrics and reports.
• Maintain accurate project data in ProPM/ProLaunch systems and hold team members accountable for deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and fluency in Italian and English.

Required skills

• Good understanding of Project Management methodologies, processes and tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Project.
• Working knowledge of ProPM and ProLaunch systems.
• Experience with APQP and CAPEX processes.
