Pole Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Pole Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimise all supply‑chain activities within the production pole, ensuring a smooth flow of materials from headquarters to external partners. This role is pivotal for timely production, high‑quality standards and cost‑effective delivery in a luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply‑chain strategies aligned with company objectives and production targets.
• Lead, mentor and develop planning, warehouse and administrative logistics teams.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Act as the primary liaison between the plant and headquarters on supply‑chain matters.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation plans and ensure business continuity.
• Translate HQ production schedules into detailed plant‑level plans, monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks.
• Oversee receipt, inspection, storage and dispatch of production kits, managing inventory levels and rotation.
• Ensure warehouse safety, compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including documentation, customs procedures and transportation coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain or logistics management within a manufacturing or fashion environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
• Excellent analytical abilities to monitor schedules, inventory and performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of risk management, compliance and quality standards for luxury goods.
