Shipping Clerk – 2nd/3rd Shift (Full‑time)

About the role

As a Shipping Clerk you will ensure that finished goods are loaded onto transportation vehicles at the scheduled times, in the correct quantities and with proper documentation. The role operates on the 2nd or 3rd shift and supports Bosch’s manufacturing and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Load finished goods onto trucks according to allocated schedules.
• Identify shortages, reconcile inventory discrepancies and monitor stock levels.
• Scan products, generate paperwork and transmit Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) to customers.
• Access customer portals to confirm receipt of shipment notices.
• Wrap, band and label goods to customer specifications, including for Ford, General Motors and Chrysler.
• Manage carriers and loads to meet customer delivery windows.
• Maintain FIFO batch rotation and update manual dispatch/SAP logs.
• Handle UPS, Emery and FedEx shipments and ensure proper housekeeping.
• Follow health and safety regulations, wear required protective gear and adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (Mon‑Fri 3 pm‑11 pm) or 3rd shift (Sun‑Thu 11 pm‑7 am) with rotating weekends.
• Basic language and mathematical skills.
• Capacity to make independent decisions on complex issues.
