Product Innovation Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Join Costa in Genoa as a Product Innovation Marketing Coordinator, where you will transform product ideas into compelling stories that resonate with guests across all touchpoints. You will help shape the brand’s evolution by ensuring every innovation is launched with a clear, emotional narrative.

Key responsibilities

• Provide market and consumer insights to support the development of product innovation concepts.
• Translate selected innovations into structured, on‑brand narratives aligned with Costa’s campaign frameworks.
• Plan and execute integrated communication and activation initiatives across digital, physical and experiential channels.
• Maintain consistency and quality of messaging across onboard and offboard guest touchpoints.
• Coordinate the full lifecycle of marketing delivery, from asset creation to market rollout.
• Manage stakeholders, timelines and deliverables, partnering with Go‑to‑Market teams.
• Monitor performance of initiatives and identify optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing or Integrated Marketing, preferably in an international, customer‑centric environment.
• Proven ability to turn product concepts into engaging, on‑brand stories.
• Strong project‑management skills with experience coordinating multi‑channel campaigns.
• Hands‑on, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to align multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel for onboard experiences.
