About the role
We are looking for a PR & Corporate Communication Coordinator to join our Corporate Communication & Press Office team in Genoa. You will support day‑to‑day media relations, manage press requests, and ensure that our messaging is accurate, timely, and consistent across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming media inquiries, interview requests, and editorial deep‑dives for the Italian market.
- Gather, validate, and structure information from multiple departments (marketing, entertainment, culinary, SPA, corporate functions) to build reference content sheets.
- Draft, edit, and adapt press releases, media pitches, Q&A documents, briefing notes, and executive talking points.
- Coordinate and support press events, media briefings, interviews, and press trips, including on‑site logistics.
- Maintain consistency of messaging by collaborating internally and providing journalists with accurate information.

- Strong ability to collect, verify, and organize information from a complex organization.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and coherence.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑moving, international setting.
