Project Manager – Development & Industrialization

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead development and industrialisation projects for our Home & Personal Care FMCG portfolio. Based at our Trento headquarters, you will ensure projects meet time, quality and cost targets while acting as the main technical liaison for customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects assigned by the Technical Program Manager Europe.
• Plan, monitor and control project progress, set deadlines and assign responsibilities.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with quality, cost and schedule objectives.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for key customers, supporting client needs and fostering new business opportunities.
• Coordinate activities with suppliers, including factory visits, audits and technical meetings.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• University degree, preferably in Engineering.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within well‑structured companies.
• Electronic background is highly preferable.
• 3+ years in management positions, overseas experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
