Join a leading financial institution as a Recruiting & Employer Branding Specialist. Integrated within the Abruzzo-Molise, Marche-Umbria Coordination Unit, you will play a strategic role in driving talent acquisition and enhancing our corporate reputation across key commercial networks.

Missions principales

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for the commercial network, specifically for the 'Next Program' and 'Family Banker' roles.
• Partner with HR and Commercial Directorates to define precise staffing needs and organizational requirements.
• Design and implement innovative attraction strategies and employer branding initiatives to boost company visibility.
• Conduct professional interviews and comprehensive candidate evaluations to ensure high-quality hires.
• Develop and optimize selection methodologies and recruitment tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Promote the company's employer brand through various channels to attract top-tier talent.

Profil recherché

• Degree in Economics, Law, Human Sciences, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in commercial recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and diverse business units.
• High level of empathy, active listening, and excellent interpersonal skills.
