Sales Representative – 12‑month contract in Olbia

About the role

Join Holidu’s fast‑growing vacation‑rental tech team as a Sales Representative based in Olbia. You will work remotely while supporting the expansion of our Sardinia sales presence, helping owners discover how Holidu can boost their bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Contact vacation‑rental owners primarily through cold calling to present Holidu’s solution.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and consistently meet monthly targets.
• Track activities rigorously and report on performance.
• Travel regularly to focus regions for market insights and to the Cagliari office one week per quarter (accommodation covered).
• Assist in onboarding new team members and share knowledge with international sales teams.
• Help organise events that promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.

Required profile

• Highly self‑motivated with strong persuasive abilities on phone and face‑to‑face.
• Positive, empathetic attitude that fosters strong interpersonal relationships.
• Solution‑driven, responsible and organised work style.
• Near‑native Italian proficiency and fluent English.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle for business trips.
• Experience in sales, account management, travel industry or online business is preferred but not mandatory.
