Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead creator and agency relationships within a fast‑scaling digital ecosystem in Italy. The role blends account management, creator operations, and cross‑functional coordination to drive performance, efficiency, and transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise account‑management processes to improve communication, tracking and operational efficiency.
• Collect and analyse feedback from creators and agencies, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Maintain high standards of creator performance, including content quality, engagement and promotional consistency.
• Support creator‑driven promotion strategies across multiple social platforms and monitor weekly performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives related to creator tools, analytics and operational systems.
• Unify creator analytics across internal dashboards and reporting tools.
• Oversee payout processes to ensure accuracy, transparency and timely execution.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance creator‑facing tools and workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, operational and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing complex workflows in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.
• Financial literacy and comfort with technical tools.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Financial operations tools such as 1C.
• Experience with digital platforms, AI tools and analytics/visualisation systems (e.g., Superset).
• Proficiency with project‑management and collaboration tools like Slack and Jira.
