Senior Director of Operations – At Home (Italy)

About the role

The Senior Director, Operations – At Home (AH) leads the operational backbone of the At Home system in Italy, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end execution across customers and bottlers. This senior leader translates global strategies into scalable operational frameworks, driving sustainable growth and channel excellence across hypers, supers, discounters and e‑commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and translate global and European customer strategies into clear, executable commercial plans adapted to local realities.
• Lead the operational planning cycle, integrating customer, channel and commercial priorities into a unified operating plan.
• Represent the operational voice of AH customers in early program design, influencing innovation, portfolio and category vision.
• Monitor commercial and operational performance (revenue, NSR, transactions, distribution, execution KPIs) and turn data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify performance risks, deploy corrective actions and ensure cross‑functional alignment to meet targets.
• Introduce best‑in‑class toolkits and practices to raise execution quality and solve local challenges.
• Strengthen bottler capabilities in customer activation, digital tools and overall commercial execution.
• Serve as the operations integrator across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and Franchise leadership, removing barriers and aligning the system behind shared outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in multi‑channel operations or commercial execution.
• Strong commercial, financial and shopper insight capability.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational plans and drive performance.
• Excellent cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with bottlers, franchise operations or similar complex supply‑chain environments.
