A propos du poste
Join a global leader in the chemical and ingredients distribution industry. As an External Account Manager within our BES segment, you will play a strategic role in driving growth across the Central-South Italy region, specifically covering Abruzzo and Marche.
Missions principales
- Manage and proactively develop an existing portfolio of high-value clients.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post-sales follow-up.
- Ensure timely delivery of professional quotations and commercial proposals.
- Achieve and exceed financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize CRM tools to meticulously track interactions, pipeline, and forecasting.
- Optimize sales performance and margins through advanced use of ERP and analytical tools.
- Collaborate closely with Internal Account Managers and Product Managers to ensure service excellence.
Profil recherché
- Proven track record in a commercial role within complex environments (Chemical industry, distribution, or manufacturing).
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with high levels of motivation and autonomy.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret commercial data.
- Fluency in English is required for international coordination.
Competences requises
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
- Mastery of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strategic Account Management & Business Development.
- Chemical product knowledge and technical sales expertise.
