Join a global leader in the chemical and ingredients distribution industry. As an External Account Manager within our BES segment, you will play a strategic role in driving growth across the Central-South Italy region, specifically covering Abruzzo and Marche.

Missions principales

• Manage and proactively develop an existing portfolio of high-value clients.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post-sales follow-up.
• Ensure timely delivery of professional quotations and commercial proposals.
• Achieve and exceed financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize CRM tools to meticulously track interactions, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Optimize sales performance and margins through advanced use of ERP and analytical tools.
• Collaborate closely with Internal Account Managers and Product Managers to ensure service excellence.

Profil recherché

• Proven track record in a commercial role within complex environments (Chemical industry, distribution, or manufacturing).
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with high levels of motivation and autonomy.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret commercial data.
• Fluency in English is required for international coordination.

• Advanced proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
• Mastery of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
