Senior HR Business Partner (W/M)

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will lead and coordinate core HR processes, from talent acquisition to performance management, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment. This role blends strong project‑management capabilities with deep HR expertise and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise HR programs and campaigns from conception to completion.
• Manage labor issues, including code of conduct, ethics, employee retention, and policy adherence.
• Oversee the full talent lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Act as liaison between executive leadership, IT, and HR teams to drive adoption of new structures.
• Design and execute change‑management plans, assessing readiness and engaging stakeholders.
• Identify training needs and organize development programs.
• Develop analytics dashboards to monitor transformation success, engagement, and workforce performance.
• Facilitate internal communication for HR projects and motivational events.
• Build proactive relationships with union representatives to resolve conflicts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, preferably with management responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
