About the role
Energizer Holdings is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive profitable growth and strengthen customer relationships across its portfolio. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead a strategic account portfolio, develop business plans, and coach the commercial team to achieve sales and margin targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual business plans that align with both customer and Energizer objectives.
- Monitor industry and competitor trends, adjusting tactics to respond quickly to market changes.
- Own the P&L for assigned accounts, regularly reviewing performance against net sales, gross margin, and pricing targets.
- Lead negotiations and order management at local and central levels, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Build and maintain high‑level relationships within accounts to position Energizer as a best‑in‑class supplier.
- Provide accurate forecasts, manage promotional planning, execution, and post‑evaluation.
- Feed retailer insights back to the organization to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior key account management within consumer goods or related sectors.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop commercial teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on P&L management and forecasting.
- Demonstrated success in complex negotiations and driving margin improvement.
