Solutions Implementation Consultant (French Speaking)

About the role

CoreView is seeking a Solutions Implementation Consultant who is fluent in French to help clients adopt and optimise their Microsoft 365 environments. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the full lifecycle of the CoreView platform, from onboarding to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, solution design and configuration of CoreView and Microsoft 365 services.
• Deliver automation initiatives, migration projects and hybrid‑cloud adoption plans.
• Provide proactive optimisation and ongoing technical support to ensure rapid value realization.
• Serve as the technical voice of the customer within CoreView, collaborating with product, engineering and account teams.
• Document project artefacts such as statements of work, delivery plans, runbooks and status reports.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 components (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Experience delivering SaaS or IT consulting projects, especially tenant migrations or large‑scale transformations.
• Proven ability to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and collaborating across internal teams.
