About the role
The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the Mandarin Oriental Milan Spa. You will deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience that reflects the brand’s legendary service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and handle reservations.
- Respond to guest inquiries, provide information on spa services and retail products.
- Maintain accurate cash float at the start and end of each shift.
- Update guest preference profiles and ensure special requests are recorded.
- Assist with retail displays and promote spa retail sales.
Required profile
- Fluent communication in Italian and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Self‑motivated and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to delivering service that exceeds guest expectations.
