About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Milano is seeking a dedicated F&B Attendant – Steward to support the kitchen and banquet operations. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, assisting the culinary team, and ensuring smooth service during events.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with waste disposal, ensuring correct and efficient handling.
- Clean work areas, kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to sanitation standards.
- Manage dishwashing stations and monitor supplies.
- Support setup and breakdown of kitchen stations and banquet spaces.
- Transport tableware, linens, and food items between kitchen and event areas.
- Report maintenance issues to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
