Strategy Consultant – Associate (Remote, Italy)

About the role

Eendigo, a global strategy consulting firm, is seeking an Associate to support its Commercial Excellence practice. The position is fully remote within Italy and starts as soon as possible. You will work on high‑impact projects for private‑equity funds and multinational corporations, helping clients drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and lead analytical workstreams, gathering qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop hypotheses, build financial models, and run scenario analyses for client recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports that translate complex analysis into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with project teams, mentor junior members, and ensure timely delivery of high‑impact deliverables.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing progress updates and supporting relationship building.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with hands‑on experience in data analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and lead small project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering client‑ready presentations.
