Success Plan Manager – SAP Academy (Hybrid, Italy)

About the role

As a Success Plan Manager in the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting, you will join a 12‑month structured development program that prepares you to become a trusted advisor for SAP customers. You will work in a hybrid setting in Italy, supporting customers in adopting and deriving value from SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, Business Technology Platform and Business AI.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the 12‑month learn‑and‑apply academy, including classroom sessions, simulations and real‑customer engagements.
• Support the execution of customer Success Plans under the guidance of experienced managers.
• Develop, maintain and update success documentation and prepare materials for governance meetings, quarterly reviews and steering sessions.
• Track adoption milestones, consumption indicators and value‑realisation inputs.
• Identify risks proactively and prepare escalation plans.
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise Architects, Data Architects, Success Experts and delivery teams.
• Learn and apply SAP’s integrated toolchain, including Holistic Engagement Planner, dashboards, Cloud ALM and customer insights tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engagement quality and customer experience.
