Technical Interior Architect (FF&E Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Interior Architect with a focus on FF&E to join Utopia’s in‑house design team. The role will support the technical delivery of luxury hospitality and high‑end residential projects, translating design intent into detailed, buildable documentation within a BIM‑led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate detailed Revit‑based interior documentation from design development through construction (stages 2‑5).
• Create technical drawing packages including general arrangement plans, layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections and bespoke joinery details.
• Prepare and manage FF&E and OS&E schedules, specifications and asset registers.
• Ensure documentation is ready for tender, procurement and construction use.
• Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, MEP and interior design teams in shared BIM models.
• Support technical resolution of materials, finishes, furniture systems and custom interior elements.
• Assist with FF&E/OS&E procurement documentation, sample tracking and product approvals.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy and quality across all deliverables, meeting luxury hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in interior architectural design, preferably on hospitality or residential (villas, hotels, resorts) projects.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (Architectural).
