Design Architect

About the role

Prada Group is seeking a Design Architect to join its Store Design team. You will develop technical projects and support the realisation of store concepts, ensuring product presentation and project timing align with brand standards while collaborating with Retail Engineering, Visual Merchandising and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce technical interior designs for Prada stores, preparing presentations for review, approval and implementation.
• Assist the Retail Engineering Design Manager with fit‑out inspections, site visits and coordination of works.
• Contribute to the creative store design process and support supplier relationships to control prototypes and construction progress.
• Maintain project archives in line with company procedures and standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong teamwork, detail‑orientation and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Revit or other 3D modelling software is a plus.
