Training Coordinator

About the role

Guerlain is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the growth and transformation of its Skincare business in Italy. Reporting to the Retail & Education Manager, you will design, deliver and monitor training programs that reinforce the brand’s expertise, vision and luxury values across retail teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement internal and external training aligned with Maison guidelines and retailer-specific needs.
• Recommend and deliver soft‑skill and hard‑skill training modules to improve retail performance.
• Leverage competitor training insights and retail/consumer trends to keep programs current.
• Coordinate with commercial and marketing teams to create expertise and novelty training pathways.
• Measure sell‑out performance post‑training and adjust programs accordingly.

Required profile

• Strong experience in the cosmetics industry, preferably with a retail mindset.
• Result‑oriented, excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Professional grooming that reflects the brand’s luxury DNA.
• Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
