Learning Consultant – Corporate L&D Facilitator

About the role

Infinity Worldwide is seeking a dynamic Learning Consultant to join its team in Italy, working from either Rome or Milan. You will partner with corporate clients to design and deliver learning experiences that drive real behavioral change and support organisational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Transform learning experiences into measurable behavioural outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients.
• Conduct thorough needs analyses and propose cost‑effective, fit‑for‑purpose L&D and OD solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in stand‑up facilitation and behavioural training.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Italy.
• Fluency in at least two languages as a native speaker; Italian is a plus.
