About the role
The Visual Merchandising Designer creates compelling shop‑window displays and seasonal installations for retail locations. Working closely with style and communications teams, the role blends artistic vision with commercial objectives to enhance the brand experience in‑store.
Key responsibilities
- Gather collection inspiration from style offices and translate it into visual concepts.
- Design and develop shop‑window subjects and other seasonal installations that meet aesthetic and commercial goals.
- Coordinate production of prints and materials, ensuring timing and content align with internal requirements.
- Draft technical manuals, sales documents, and assembly instructions for point‑of‑sale execution.
- Manage relationships with customers or franchise partners in assigned territories.
- Collaborate with legal and paralegal teams to finalize contracts related to franchising, distribution, and terms & conditions.
- Promote continuous learning and innovation through team and digital initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience collaborating with style, communications, and other internal departments.
- Ability to create designs that satisfy both brand aesthetics and commercial needs.
- Strong understanding of retail point‑of‑sale requirements.
- Capability to produce clear technical documentation for store implementation.
- Experience managing customer portfolios and commercial partnerships.
- Familiarity with contract finalisation processes in collaboration with legal teams.
