Country Lead – Italy

About the role

We are looking for a Country Lead to head Swan’s expansion in Italy. Based in our Milan office, you will combine market development, commercial ownership and local representation to drive revenue and embed our banking platform into Italian software companies.

Key responsibilities

• Own new‑business revenue and acquire enterprise‑level clients in Italy.
• Develop and execute a consultative, solution‑based sales approach tailored to the needs of software partners.
• Act as the local face of Account Management, ensuring high‑level support and product localisation for Italian customers.
• Design outbound prospecting strategies together with the sales and growth teams.
• Coordinate marketing and PR activities in Italy and represent Swan at industry events and in the press.
• Identify and develop new verticals for Swan’s offering.
• Maintain relationships with Italian regulators to ensure compliance with local requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
• Strong network and relationships with key decision‑makers in the Italian software ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable operating in a fast‑growing environment.
