Sales Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Business Development professional to identify and develop sales leads for MainStreaming’s video streaming solutions. You will focus on building a pipeline of qualified prospects across broadcasters, media, gaming companies and enterprises with heavy streaming needs.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the video streaming and content delivery industries.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via email, calls and social platforms to introduce MainStreaming’s solutions.
• Qualify leads by understanding their challenges, goals and compatibility with our services.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track outreach activities, follow‑ups and conversions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified leads smoothly.
• Stay informed about trends in video streaming, edge computing and CDNs, gathering competitor insights to refine outreach strategies.
• Partner with marketing to execute campaigns and provide feedback on messaging effectiveness.
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as number of leads generated and qualified opportunities created.

Required skills

• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Familiarity with video streaming technologies.
• Knowledge of edge networks and content delivery networks (CDNs).
