Customer Support Specialist (Part‑time, Remote)

About the role

Join Unobravo International’s Customer Support Team to help make mental‑health therapy accessible worldwide. As a Customer Support Specialist you will work remotely, providing bilingual assistance to users of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via chat, email or phone in Italian and English.
• Guide customers through booking, session management and payment processes.
• Document interactions and update support tickets accurately.
• Collaborate with product and therapy teams to relay user feedback.
• Support the company’s international expansion by maintaining high‑quality service standards.

Required profile

• Entry‑level / junior candidate.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic, patient and able to handle sensitive topics.
• Available to work part‑time (24 hours/week, Saturday‑Monday, 9 AM‑6 PM).
• Comfortable with remote work and self‑management.
